The Wearable Cyborg™ HAL® improves bodily functions for patients, particularly those with disabilities. Cyberdyne Treatment utilises HAL to enhance the wearer’s functionality. The therapy focuses on lower limb impairments.
Wearing “The Hybrid Assistive Limb [HAL] activates the neural loop of the brain-nerve systems, thereby inducing improvement in the brain-nerve-musculoskeletal systems” for people who have difficulty standing, sitting, walking, or moving their arms on their own due to a decline in physical function caused by brain injuries.
Steps to improve the disability by HAL
HAL® is the world’s first neurologically controlled wearable cyborg™ that translates your thoughts into actions.
HAL® can increase locomotor function in individuals with stroke, spinal cord damage, and other neuromuscular illnesses.
Cyberdyne HAL® uses bio-electrical signals to generate interactive biofeedback between the user, brain, neurological system, and muscles. Cyberdyne Treatment is based on the interactive bio-feedback principle. Clinical trials have shown that this therapy strategy improves lower limb, upper limb, and body trunk functioning. Recovery from Disability
The Cyberdyne HAL® Lower Limb is a neurological device that allows individuals with paralysis to restore natural leg mobility based on their intention. It is intended to increase locomotor activity in patients with various forms of neuromuscular diseases, especially those in the chronic stage.
Neuro HALFIT is a novel software that predicts changes in emotions when physical processes change.
Even if traditional rehab has stopped working for them, Cyberdyne’s Neuro HALFIT can help them make further progress. Through this programme, we support your ambition to “take a step further” and “improve and enjoy every moment of life”.
Our Patient – Attillas Storey
I was stunned following my accident and emergency surgery. I regretted not doing more things, such as travelling or going to a dance with my wife when the occasion arose. The doctor’s prognosis was that with proper training, I could be able to stand again. After a few days of working hard to regain control of my knee and ankle, I felt inspired and qualified to participate in Cyberdyne Therapy. My expectations were high, but the therapist kept them in mind, and I had the most difficult training of my life. During training, I was able to easily exceed my physical limitations, and I used the regeneration intervals to gradually regain control of my body. We are confident that the HAL therapy was a major contributing factor to my ability to participate in sports and return to work. I definitely suggest HAL® Therapy to anybody in similar situations.
